Paintings In The Romantic Gallery
Life is a book of people, places and experiences.
And says Hagan, we all have a mother. All our
childhood experiences with our family and friends
leave us with similar emotional imprints. Images
that reflect these memories of togetherness, caring,
celebration, affection, accomplishment, disappointment
and unity as we grow into adulthood are part of this
genre. As easy as it is to dismiss these as ‘old hat’
they are nevertheless as relevant and as connecting today
as they were 100 years ago. As long as we seek fellowship
with others there will always be paintings that embrace
and cherish that emotion.

The impressionist oil paintings in this
romantic art gallery were
all painted on canvas by the
Australian artist
Robert Hagan. These romantic
themed oil paintings
often feature young women and
girls in vibrant and colorful
surroundings. The paintings
feature locations such as the
Hunter Valley in NSW, Australia
and Ipswich in the UK.
