wet-it’s either just finished or in the process
of being finished. Why paint that subject and
what was the challenge? How was the painting was
executed and what was the palette? How does it
connect? What’s special about that one from the
artist’s perspective?

Artists don’t stop till they drop. Where’s the passion
taking Robert next?
Is he working on a new ‘how to’ book?
A new limited edition coffee table book of western paintings
perhaps or maybe an exquisite hand-made portfolio collection
of romantic images for 50 collectors only?
Then again he
may be filming and painting with the Kalahari bushmen in southern
Africa or discovering the culture and history of Ankor Wat
through its remaining art and present people. Or is he driving
across Australia’s lonely and desolate interior in search of
that absolute ‘must do painting’?
